Rachel Levy develops highly driven professionals across the world to become more effective leaders and achieve higher levels of career enjoyment.  Always applying the compassionate and supportive approach for which she’s known, Rachel works side by side to partner with her clients to discover and practice their natural leadership style.  In turn, they gain confidence and credibility in the workplace. This allows them to maneuver deftly throughout career changes and challenging situations, all while maintaining their authority and effectiveness.

She has over 25 years of experience in senior leadership positions within global professional services organizations.  She specialized in leadership development, career development and succession planning for high-level executives and emerging leaders in a variety of diverse countries and cultures. From the onset of her career, Rachel has applied her laser-focused coaching approach to advise very senior, global business leaders to advance their skills and become more effective in their roles. Her clients are represented in a wide range of industries, including healthcare and life sciences, education, manufacturing, technology, marketing and advertising, financial services, and local and federal government.

In addition to her private consulting practice, Rachel provides career coaching for MBA students at Emory University and volunteers on the health and wellness committee for Atlanta’s public schools. She is also heavily involved in volunteer efforts for a non-profit organization that provides educational scholarships for disadvantaged women preparing to re-enter the workforce.  She has a BA in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and has completed graduate programs in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University in New York and the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
